How early do I need to place my order before my event?
In most situations, orders must be placed at least two weeks before your event. Last-minute orders are welcome, but availability and themed balloons may be limited. The sooner you place your order, the better. This will ensure your installation can be completed on your desired date.

Is there a minimum order cost?
Yes, installations start at $300. There is no minimum for pick up or Grab & Go orders.

Do you deliver?
Grab & Go garlands and balloon bouquets must be picked up. They are built to accommodate most SUVs or large sedans with fold-down seats. Exceptions can be made for clients located out of the Michiana area who are ordering surprise balloons for local events but will require an additional charge.

How much do balloon creations cost?
Each order is custom-made and varies in style and size. To get a free quote, please complete the inquiry form and provide as many details as possible.

Will you break down the décor after the event?
Breakdown service is available upon request, but will incur an additional cost, including a mileage fee. There will be no breakdown fee charged on orders that include rentals, such as panels or backdrops.

How long does it take to set up an installation?
Setup time depends on the size and complexity of the decor. There is a minimum of one hour required for a small-scale setup. Larger events will require more time. When booking your venue, ask how much time will be available before your event for setup. Events that do not allow at least one hour cannot be accommodated.

Can balloon décor be setup outside?
Yes, however, all setups that happen in the summer must have a location out of direct sunlight, especially on very hot days, to ensure that balloons last for the duration of your event. We are not responsible for weather related issues, such as rain or wind. It is recommended that outside events have an emergency indoor alternative.

What is the distance range for an installation?
We primarily service the Michiana area. This includes, South Bend, Granger, Mishawaka, Goshen, Elkhart, Niles, Edwardsburg, Coloma, and other nearby locations. Further setups are available, but travel costs will be factored into pricing.

If I do not have a exact style in mind, do you provide consultations?
Yes, free consultations are available and include a sketch and examples of possible colors and styles. This can be a fun and creative part of the event planning process.
